Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
Support a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 3- and 4-year-olds
Help with setup, cleanup, transitions, and classroom management
Communicate effectively with the lead teacher
Use technology confidently to support classroom needs (Google Suite, iPad apps, printing, typing, basic troubleshooting)
Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure smooth, efficient classroom operations
MUST HAVES:
Experience, patience and love working with preschool-aged children
Takes direction well and able to follow detailed directions consistently from a lead teacher with specific methods
Strong typing and basic tech skills (printing, sharing documents and photos, simple digital organization), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Canva, iPads (taking and storing photos, airdropping), Spotify, know their way around or can learn new apps
Easygoing, dependable, and able to move quickly in a dynamic environment
Schedule & Compensation
$20/hr through ADP Payroll system (payment every two weeks after the first month)
