Position Overview – Business Development Specialist (Manufacturing Division): We are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative to do B2B calls for one or more of the following industries: OEM, steel, chemical, or gas industry, industrial machine equipment sales, automation, electronics, rubber, plastic extrusion, injection, or the blow molding industry. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales.
Responsibilities: - Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling, and emailing.
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
- Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
- Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of business development and sales hunting experience in the engineering, industrial, and/or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.

- This role has a negotiable salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year.
