Job Description

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (Contract, with potential for Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking an experienced Cloud AI Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud solutions. The Cloud Architect will play a key role in defining cloud architecture standards, implementing secure and scalable cloud environments, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business and technology goals.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures across public cloud platforms.

• Define cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices for deployment and operations.

• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure cloud solutions meet performance, availability, and compliance requirements.

• Evaluate cloud services, tools, and technologies to recommend best-fit solutions.

• Drive cloud adoption initiatives, cloud modernization efforts, and migration strategies.

• Support cloud governance, cost optimization, and operational excellence practices.

• Ensure cloud environments follow strong identity, access, and configuration management principles.

• Provide architectural guidance during implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Proven expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding of:

  • IAM (Identity & Access Management)

  • Cloud security best practices

  • Virtual networks, compute, storage, and cloud-native services

  • Monitoring, logging, and automation frameworks

• Experience designing or integrating security controls such as encryption, logging, or SIEM (good to have but written generally).

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical cloud designs.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
