Job Title: Commercial Waterproofing / Caulking Foreman

Location: Austin, TX

Pay: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends as needed

Position Overview

We are hiring a Working Foreman to lead commercial waterproofing and restoration crews in the Austin area. This role is for a hands-on leader with strong field experience who can run crews, maintain production, and ensure quality and safety on commercial job sites.

Projects include new construction and restoration involving waterproofing, caulking, traffic coatings, concrete, below-grade systems, and flashing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate field crews on commercial job sites
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for day-to-day operations
• Perform and oversee waterproofing and caulking work using large bulk guns or sausage guns
• Plan daily work, manage manpower, and maintain productivity
• Ensure work is completed per plans, specs, and schedule
• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe job site
• Coordinate material movement between job sites
• Communicate progress, issues, and needs to project management

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Foreman-level experience in commercial waterproofing, caulking, or restoration
• Strong working knowledge of traffic coatings, concrete, below-grade waterproofing, and flashing systems
• OSHA 10 required
• Ability to read plans and lead crews independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• OSHA 30
• CPR / First Aid
• Clean MVR (eligible to operate a company truck)

Compensation & Perks

• $30–$35/hour depending on experience
• $25/day truck allowance when using personal vehicle to move materials
• Company truck available for candidates with a clean MVR
• Background reviewed on a case-by-case basis
