Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models to meet business requirements
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize data processes
Skills:
- 10+ years of industry experience in data engineering, with a focus on data modeling, ETL pipeline implementation, and dashboard/visualization building
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Develop and implement data functions that support business needs and reporting
- Design and build scalable data models to organize and structure data effectively
- Create and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data for analysis readiness
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Analyze data to explain trends, answer partner questions, and provide actionable recommendations
