Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data models to meet business requirements
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize data processes

Skills:

• 10+ years of industry experience in data engineering, with a focus on data modeling, ETL pipeline implementation, and dashboard/visualization building
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must-Have Skills
• Data modeling experience
• ETL, data processing steps
• SQL and Python and coding, and visualizations
• Nice-to-have Skills:
• Success metric definitions
• Someone with ability to drive suggestions and efficiencies
• Ability work through ambiguity with XFN

Education/Experience:

• Collaborate closely with supply chain business partners to understand key metrics and data tracking requirements
• Develop and implement data functions that support business needs and reporting
• Design and build scalable data models to organize and structure data effectively
• Create and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data for analysis readiness
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights clearly to stakeholders
• Analyze data to explain trends, answer partner questions, and provide actionable recommendations
