Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Approximately 10 hours per week ? Flexible schedule (final hours to be determined) Pay ? $16.00--$17.00 per hour Key Responsibilities ? Enter data accurately into spreadsheets ? Perform data entry within the JobBOSS system ? Review information for accuracy and completeness ? Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times ? Follow established processes and documentation standards Work Environment ? Simple, structured work ? Minimal distractions ? No vendor interaction for approximately the first 6 months Requirements ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Basic computer skills and comfort working in spreadsheets ? Ability to follow instructions and stay organized ? Professional communication and dependable attendance? Prior data entry experience a plus, but not required
