  • Build retargeting and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Regularly update website content and collaborate with team leads on strategies to enhance SEO performance and optimize paid advertising efforts.

  • Create high-converting landing pages for campaign conversion and quality lead capture.

  • Monitor and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting tools. Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions.

  • Support email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies.

  • Partner closely with marketing, branding, content, and sales team members to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of CMS. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines.
