Horse Farm Hand (6360)

Location: New Freedom, Pennsylvania

Job Number: 6360

Farm Hand Needed for Horse Farm in New Freedom, PA. Weekends are required.

Main barn duties include, but are not limited to:
- Feeding horses, turning horses out to pasture, mucking, haying, etc.
- Make sure barn is clean and organized at all times.
- Occasional dog care
- Must be available during inclement weather during winter for snow removal
- Must have reliable transportation
- If holiday falls on a weekend, holiday hours mandatory
- General farm maintenance and repair
- Must have flexible weekend availability

Qualifications:
In order to apply ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE BOTH EXPERIENCES BELOW:
-Must have previous experience with horses (including handling & care) Approximately 35 horses
-Must have previous experience using farm equipment (tractor, lawn mower, snow plow, etc...)

Must have flexible weekend availability.

Applicants must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening in order to be employed with the company.
