Our client is a leading automotive supplier serving a wide range of customers. They operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and a top-tier R&D center, allowing them to take products from concept through production. The company offers excellent benefits, paid time off, and a friendly work environment. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are seeking a Human Resources Managerto join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor three direct reports (employee relations and payroll), including performance management
• Manage benefits administration and broker relationships
• Implement and oversee company policies
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and employee relations efforts
• Analyze and implement training programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
• Address and resolve associate issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Stable work history
• SHRM certification preferred
