We are seeking a sharp, highly motivated Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting firm leadership across portfolio analytics, private equity operations, client reporting, and multi-family office services. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Portfolio & Investment Analysis
+ Perform research, data analysis, and quality assurance on portfolio inputs and fund data.
+ Reconcile performance metrics and prepare polished portfolio reviews and client meeting materials.
Private Equity & Multi-Family Office Operations
+ Assist with operations for PE funds and MFO clients, including reporting, document management, and investor communications.
+ Support quarterly reporting cycles, capital calls, distributions, and compliance documentation.
Firmwide Support & Project Ownership
+ Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (compliance, process improvement, documentation).
+ Tackle ad hoc analytics and operations projects with autonomy and precision.
+ Collaborate closely with leadership, advisors, and relationship managers.
Work Environment Requirements
+ This role is 100% onsite in El Segundo, Monday-Friday, supporting an engaged, fast-moving leadership team.

Requirements
+ 2-5 years of analyst experience (investment, PE, finance, accounting, or similar) or relevant internship experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or equivalent background.
+ Familiarity with private equity, public markets, and investment concepts.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis-thoughtful, accurate prompting required.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to work onsite 5 days/week.
