As part of our Environmental Information Systems (EIS) services group, you will help create low-code/no-code applications, develop automated workflows, and contribute to data management systems that empower project teams across disciplines such as GIS, data management, modeling, and other client-driven Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
• Building and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint lists, Teams integrations, and document automation workflows.
• Assisting in mobile data form development using tools such as FastField Forms and Tablogs.
• Supporting internal and external clients by designing tools that simplify data entry, improve reporting, and enhance decision-making.
• Participating in solution design and documentation, including technical specifications and user guidance.
• Helping normalize, clean, and model data for reporting and integration across systems.
• Generating multimedia content (video tutorials, training materials, and documentation) to support the adoption of solutions.
• Collaborating with EIS team members to address challenges across multiple projects in environmental consulting, health and safety compliance, and site remediation.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent training/certification.
• 2- 5 years of experience building business solutions/applications.
• Strong interest in Microsoft cloud technologies and eagerness to grow in a technical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of basic programming logic and relational databases (SQL knowledge a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or equivalent.
• Experience with SharePoint Online site/list configuration.
• Exposure to data modeling or visualization platforms such as Power BI.
• Comfort with basic HTML, JavaScript, or scripting languages like Python or R.
• Familiarity with low-code mobile form builders (e.g., FastField, ArcGIS Field Maps, Tablogs).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
