AB Staffing is seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students for the 2025–2026 school year in the Greater Chicago area . If you’re looking for flexibility, great pay, and the chance to change lives, this is the role for you.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 35 to 40 hours/week, following the district academic calendar.
• Pay: $53–$56/hr (up to $1,960/week).
• Contract: Full school year (2025–2026).
• Caseload: Varies by location — we’ll match you with a classroom that fits your expertise and preferences.
• Start: ASAP or start of the school year.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Duties: 

• Evaluate students’ functional needs and create individualized therapy plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions that help students thrive.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold district policies.
• Travel between school sites as needed (within a local area).

Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements:

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.
• Illinois Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L).
• School-based experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
