Paralegal

Established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for their firm! Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Paralegal and be able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Paralegal Requiremens:

* 5+ Years experience preferred
* Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and sobpoenas
* Prepare summaries and organize files for discoery and trial
* Provide case management and organization from inception
* Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software preferred but not required
* Work well under pressure, keep a calm and professional demeanor at all times
* State and Federal filing preferred
* Record billable time
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Interact with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-person
