**Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!** **Job Title:** Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician Recruitment Liaison (Remote/Hybrid) **Cost Center:** 301081250 Physician and APC Recruitment **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Type:** Regular **Work Shift:** Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America) **Job Description:** **JOB SUMMARY** The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to recruitment and retention. This position requires occasional onsite work at various MCHS locations. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills in addition to one of the following: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and Two years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations or; - Associate's degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and Six years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations. - Ten years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations. **Preferred/Optional:** None **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
