**Job Title: Process Technician/Plastic Injection Mold Operator | 2nd Shift | $30-35+HR | Direct Hire**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Mold Operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating plastic injection mold machinery. The role involves the changeover and setup of an average of six machines per day, making mold machinery components from the tool room, and operating multiple machines simultaneously. You will also troubleshoot mold machines and collaborate with the team to propose process upgrades.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate plastic injection mold machinery.
+ Changeover and set up an average of six machines per day.
+ Make mold machinery components from the tool room.
+ Operate multiple plastic injection mold machines at a time.
+ Troubleshoot mold machines and report to maintenance.
+ Propose upgrades to mold processes and collaborate with the team.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of previous experience in plastic injection mold operation and setup.
+ 5+ years of experience troubleshooting plastic injection mold machinery and equipment.
+ 5+ years of experience making molds and mold components in a tool room setting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous lead experience.
+ Forklift experience.
+ Robotics experience (not programming).

**Work Environment**
Work in a temperature-controlled, clean, and well-lit facility essential for mold operations. The environment is cool, with some areas being loud where hearing protection is provided. Opportunities are available on the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) and 3rd shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM), with a $2 shift differential. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift (7AM - 3:30PM) for 1-2 months as needed.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
