We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Plastic Surgeon to join our practice in Edina, Minnesota. This role involves performing a range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, consulting with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety, ethical standards, and achieving outstanding results.
Compensation: $200,000+
Position Details
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, Monday–Friday
Call Coverage:Scheduled rotation
Practice Setting:Modern, fully equipped surgical facilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, including:
Facial procedures – facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and more
Breast procedures – augmentation, reduction, reconstruction, etc.
Body contouring – liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts, etc.
Non-surgical treatments when applicable
Conduct patient consultations, evaluate medical history, and develop customized treatment plans
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, medical ethics, and compliance with protocols
Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and support staff
Stay updated on advancements in plastic surgery techniques and contribute to professional education initiatives

Qualifications
MD from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Active or eligible Minnesota medical license
Strong surgical skills with proven experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
