We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinic team in Gadsden. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, where you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy interventions and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
