Key job responsibilities - In collaboration with Research Science teams, drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions that serve millions of candidates and thousands of recruiters worldwide. - Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies utilizing GenAI, advanced transcription analytics, and predictive quality-of-hire frameworks - Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models that enhance candidate evaluation accuracy and efficiency. - Architect scalable, data-driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices into intelligent, automated workflows - Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative features that significantly improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity - Define and execute experimentation strategies to continuously optimize hiring processes and outcomes - Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling product narratives Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Preferred Qualifications - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
