**Overview** **Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial or custodial services, with leadership skills to manage a team and ensure exceptional service delivery. **Responsibilities:** + Supervise and lead a team of floor cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. + Manage daily cleaning tasks including mopping, cleaning restrooms, carpet cleaning, windows, dusting, pressure washing, upholstery, etc. + Train new team members on floor care techniques and safety procedures. + Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, and coordinate maintenance as needed. + Inspect work performed by team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications. + Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. + Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols. + Maintain records of cleaning activities and prepare reports as required. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or custodial services industry. + In-depth knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, janitorial, and maintenance. + Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. **Additional Requirements:** + Willingness to travel to different work sites in different states. + Travel is 70% to 90% of the time Monday through Friday. + Company paid hotels and transportation. **Basic Qualifications:** **- Must be 18 years of age or older** **- Must be willing to willing to travel overnight on the road a week at a time** **- Must have a current Drivers license with no restrictions.** A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
