Job Summary
Seeking an experienced UiPath Developer III to support enterprise automation initiatives across multiple business lines. This role will work closely with architects, business analysts, and onsite customer teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and daily onsite collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Design, build, test, and deploy UiPath workflows using REFramework and best practices
Automate web, desktop, internal/external systems, APIs, Excel, PDF, OCR, and data-entry processes
Implement exception handling, logging, queue-based automation, and robust error management
Develop reusable components and modular automation solutions for scalability and maintainability
Analysis & Collaboration
Participate in process discovery and automation feasibility assessments
Translate business requirements and process maps into technical designs and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Work onsite with business teams to validate logic, test workflows, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Support & Enhancements
Support UAT, defect resolution, and continuous workflow refinement
Monitor and manage automations in UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance
Maintain version control and deployment pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (contractor or consultant preferred)
Strong working knowledge of:
UiPath Studio
UiPath Orchestrator
REFramework
Queues, Assets, and Triggers
