**️ Medical Device Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift** **Location:** Irvine, CA **Type:** Contract-to-Hire (12-18 months) **Shifts:** 1st (5:00 AM-3:30 PM) & 2nd | OT & Saturdays as needed ** Build Devices That Save Lives** Join a fast-growing team making a real impact. Help assemble cutting-edge medical devices that remove blood clots and improve patient outcomes-all in a cleanroom environment with a supportive culture. ** What You'll Do** + Assemble and test precision medical devices under a microscope + Follow detailed instructions and strict quality protocols + Identify issues and support process improvements + Train team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace **✅ What You Bring** **Assembler I** + 1+ year manufacturing experience using microscopes **Assembler II** + 2+ years medical device assembly experience with microscopes **Both Roles** + Skilled in small part assembly (e.g., catheters), hand tools, calipers, micrometers + Comfortable working under a microscope for 90% of the shift + High School Diploma or equivalent + Cleanroom experience preferred ** Perks & Culture** + Weekly catered lunch ️ + Positive, team-oriented environment + Great benefits upon permanent hire + Work that truly makes a difference ** Must-Haves** + Flexibility for OT and Saturdays + Commitment to cleanroom standards + Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
