**Medical Device Assembler** **Responsibilities** + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. + Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers. + Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments. + Mechanical and electrical assembly skills. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 6 months in high volume small part assembly with a microscope. **Why Work Here?** Our organization offers great benefits upon permanent hire, a growing company culture, and a supportive work environment. Employees will work in close stations, using microscopes for up to 90% of their shift.
