Garden Refuge, Inc. (nonprofit counseling center) is hiring independently licensed Illinois therapists for telehealth (immediate need) and in-person roles in Springfield, IL.
W-2 positions | Up to 20 clients/week (caseload cap)
Telehealth: Apply in 2025 and Garden Refuge will only take 25%. You keep 75%! When contract renews in 2027, rate resumes at 65%/35%.
In-person: Tuesday–Friday schedule
