Licensed Therapist for Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Telehealth or In-Person (Springfield, Illinois)

Garden Refuge, Inc. (nonprofit counseling center) is hiring independently licensed Illinois therapists for telehealth (immediate need) and in-person roles in Springfield, IL.

W-2 positions | Up to 20 clients/week (caseload cap)

Telehealth: Apply in 2025 and Garden Refuge will only take 25%. You keep 75%! When contract renews in 2027, rate resumes at 65%/35%.

In-person: Tuesday–Friday schedule

Telehealth Therapist (Primary Need)

• 100% remote
• Per-session pay (W-2)
• Adult or teen clients only
• No supervision provided
• BCBS & Aetna paneling strongly preferred
• EHR, billing, and referrals provided
• Paid time off accrues after 60 days
• 10 days per year, prorated

In-Person Therapist (Springfield, IL)

• Onsite therapy, Tuesday–Friday
• Mondays reserved for practicum students serving underserved clients
• Up to 20 clients/week
• Opportunity for future clinical supervisor role (local clinicians only)
• Paid time off accrues after 60 days
• 10 days per year, prorated
