Position Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Automation, AI, and LCAP Team Lead to drive innovation within our Cloud Platform Services division. This role is designed for a technical leader dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations across a large-scale cloud environment.

As the Business Platform Solutions Lead, you will act as the primary technical escalation point for the team and a key participant in leadership meetings. You will balance hands-on technical architecture with high-level stakeholder engagement, providing guidance to developers and conducting agency outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, and AI.
• Platform Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the Enterprise Adobe Management Platform, including Adobe Sign.
• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance to existing developers and admins, fostering a collaborative environment and coordinating monthly Communities of Practice.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and maintenance.
• Cloud Excellence: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud platform solutions while staying current with trends in Azure, UIPath, and Entra ID.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Leadership: 5+ years of experience as an Automation Tech Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Core Engineering: Strong expertise in GitHub, Azure Cloud / Entra ID, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
• Automation & RPA: Proven experience with UIPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere).
• Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: 10+ years of experience in high-level communication, interpersonal skills, and complex problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Adobe Management Platform and Adobe Sign.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Identity Management (Entra ID).
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in AI integration within cloud environments
