• Assist customers with sales-related questions, guiding them through product or service options to enhance their experience.
• Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to a positive call center environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Insurance field, call center roles or customer support positions is highly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus; fluency in English and at least one additional language enhances communication with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client services is advantageous.
• Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
• Familiarity with sales techniques, cash handling procedures, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
