Job Description

We are looking for a Data Clerk to join our team and support the administrative data functions in Procore. The main goal of this position is to maintain the integrity, organization, and accuracy of our Procore database. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

About the Role:
As a Data Clerk, you will be responsible for project data within Procore and Egnyte. You will be in charge of maintaining an accurate directory, standardizing user permissions, and executing the technical closeout of completed projects. This part-time role requires high attention to detail to manage data across multiple entities and ensure the transition of project data from Procore to Egnyte.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and maintain the Procore Directory to ensure accuracy across all entities.
  • Assign default permission templates to users and identify/assign all entities.
  • Identify and merge duplicate company records.
  • Monitor project statuses to determine when project are ready for formal completion.
  • Utilize Procore Extract tools to capture comprehensive project data.
  • Migrate all of the extracted project data into Egnyte.
  • Review project audit reports to track software utilization.
  • Proactively reach out to project teams to ensure all Procore features and fully implemented.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather and record subcontractor performance ratings.
  • Power BI report writing preferred but not required.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in construction management, construction data, or a related field.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, Procore, PowerPoint, Sage, Camtasia Studio, and Adobe/Bluebeam
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience with software implementation and training..
  • Attributes: Independent, analytical, precise, resourceful, determined, helpful, and responsive.

  • Reports to Procore Manager
Physical Requirements:
  • Desk and computer-based work.
  • Lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
