Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Dump Truck Driver (Class A) to join our construction operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, and construction debris across various sites. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge, and adherence to safety protocols will ensure efficient project progression and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction site logistics and operate a range of heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and water trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A dump trucks with a manual transmission to deliver materials accurately and efficiently across construction sites
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators to facilitate smooth material flow
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Load, secure and haul an equipment trailer.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating dump trucks in construction or similar environments
• 3-4 years of CDL driving expereince
• Experience driving manual transmission trucks
• Ability to load and pull an equipment trailer
• Clean driving record and strong commmitment to safety
• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

1st Shift Monday-Friday

Work Location: In person

You should be proficient in:

• DOT Medical Card
• Driver's License
• Current CDL License
