Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and hard-working Hot Cook to join our team at Western Sizzlin. As a Hot Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Western Sizzlin was founded in 1962, in Augusta, GA, by Nick Pascarella. Nick discovered a unique way of grilling steaks. He used a special steak seasoning called Gold Dust®, and a special process of grilling the bottom and top of the steaks simultaneously; thus, our FlameKist® steak was born! This unique process locks in the flavor as the steak is seared to a savory perfection.

Our new Western Sizzlin Express is a small footprint concept that features freshly breaded chicken tenders, FlameKist® steaks, grilled burgers, and hot dogs, fresh garden salads, desserts and more.

The Great American Buffet was founded in 1993 and the Wood Grill Buffet in 1997.
