Position Overview

As the Remote Lead iOS Developer, you will spearhead the development, testing, and deployment of our iOS applications. You will collaborate with a distributed team of developers, designers, and product owners to deliver user-centric solutions for our mobile consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality, robust, and scalable iOS applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code
• Debug and optimize existing and new code to ensure maximum speed and scalability
• Implement automated testing and unit tests to ensure system robustness
• Mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of continual learning and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of iOS development experience
• Proficient with Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with App Store Connect and Play Store Console
• Familiarity with Jest/Detox, React Native, and Flutter/Dart
• Certifications: Google Mobile Web Specialist, Android Advanced Development
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Proven experience with remote work tools and practices
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Mobile Developer Certification
• Experience in a leadership role or in a startup environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
