How the Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner NP contributes and is supported The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner NP will report to a Palliative Care Medical Director with close collaboration from the Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Hospice & Palliative Services, while partnering daily with attending physicians, friendly bedside nurses, social workers, chaplains, case managers, and pharmacists in a diverse, team-based model.
