**Overview**
Come join the Accountant Marketing Team as a Principal Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online through our valuable and influential network of accountants. In this role, you will work with top accounting firms to help develop and initiate co-marketing strategies with end-to-end execution to meet forecasted targets. You will work across the organization with internal partners like Sales, Analytics, Product Management, and Product Marketing as well as external agencies to develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional to make a meaningful impact on the business by delivering significant value to the accountant community that we serve and the clients they serve. The ideal candidate will have a track record for working and enabling Sales teams by developing and launching demand gen and nurture campaigns tailored to the buyer journey-to effectively combine sales and marketing motions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with accounting firms to develop a joint go-to-market strategy to drive growth and sales of the Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online through accountants who serve small to medium-sized businesses
+ Strategy and planning: Develop and execute data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies, including identifying target accounts, setting goals, and mapping customer journeys.
+ Campaign execution: Manage and implement multi-channel campaigns using tactics like email marketing, webinars, events, paid media, and direct mail.
+ Content and messaging: Create and customize marketing content, messaging, and creatives that resonate with specific target accounts and their pain points.
+ Track campaign impact and sales funnel to analyze program results to report on ROI and make recommendations to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness
**Qualifications**
+ BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies and/or MBA a plus
+ At least 5-7 years in ABM, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on personalized, multi-channel campaigns to drive and nurture leads in the sales pipeline
+ Experience working with external partners (accounting firms) while managing advertising agencies and internal partners to meet shared goals between Intuit and the accountant firm
+ Detail-oriented, organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to deliver impactful outcomes
+ Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills with strong executive presence
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven strategies and recommendations that drive measurable results
+ Proven success leading and influencing across diverse teams
