work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Raw Material & Supplier Quality
• Finished Product Testing
• Safety & Compliance
• HACCP/HARPC Plans
• GMP Audits: Walking the floor to ensure all employees are following "Good Manufacturing Practices" (e.g., hairnets, hand washing, no jewelry).
• Traceability: Maintaining records so that if a specific batch of flour is recalled, the company can identify exactly which cookies it went into.
