As an Analytical Research Chemist, you'll work as part of a dynamic team providing compositional insight for new product development. You will lead project workstreams where compositional analysis is needed, develop Chromatography methods for R&D projects, perform GPC, HPLC, and GC analysis with data interpretation for R&D and production groups.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Chromatography methods for new products promptly.
Collaborate as a researcher on the development and launch of new products.
Work with business and technical collaborators to understand priorities and communicate findings.
Suggest and implement process improvements for laboratory operations across several work streams
Consult on Global projects that relate to analytical Chromatography analysis.
Perform GPC, HPLC, and GC including sample analysis and data interpretation.
Maintain schedule of projects and timelines.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure the lab follows safety protocols.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering, or related subject area (Analytical Chemistry preferred) and 0+ years of industrial work experience.
BS with industrial experience with 10 years of experience
MS with industrial experience with 5 years of experience
In-depth understanding of Chromatography techniques.
Experience implementing Chromatography methods
Write reports, give presentations, and lead discussions.
Previous experience with advanced data analysis techniques.
Willing to travel between our Allison park and Monroeville sites up to 50% of time
