Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is expanding our inside sales team in Berea, OH and we’re looking for Senior Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, money-motivated environment. This is not a cold calling job—we invest over $250,000 a month to generate warm and hot leads from homeowners actively looking for home remodeling. Your job? Engage, qualify, and schedule free in-home consultations with our sales team. The better you perform, the more you make.

 Earning Potential

• Base hourly pay: (based on experience)
• Aggressive commission and bonus structure
• Top reps earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually
• Weekly commission payouts
• Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commissions

 What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to qualified warm and hot leads
• Set appointments for in-home sales consultations
• Engage with homeowners, qualify interest, and close the appointment
• Confirm upcoming appointments and handle follow-ups
• Update CRM records accurately and consistently
• Hit and exceed weekly/monthly performance goals

 Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced inside sales or phone sales professionals
• Commission-driven mindset – you like getting paid for results
• Strong closer with confidence handling objections
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, professional tone
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Prior collections, call center sales, or appointment setting experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
