Job Description

Mr. & Mrs. Restore is looking for an energetic experienced Technician that's ready to work in the disaster restoration industry. When someone experiences Water, Mold Damage, Bio-hazard you'll be called to inspect their property and provide a bid for cleanup and remediation services. The work environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and requires travel in the company's vehicle within the territory. If the customer awards you the job, you'll be responsible for making sure their experience is flawless from beginning to end. We're seeking someone who is fearless, likes each day to be a new experience, is comfortable meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. Primary Responsibilities

• IICRC Certification is a plus but not a requirement.

Position Requirements

• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
• Ability to respond to leads at flexible hours.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb customer service and administrative skills.
• Strong process-and-results-driven attitude.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
• Able to drive legally.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
