Salary Range: $41,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, structural integrity, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production requirements.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Grind, deburr, and finish welds for a smooth and compliant surface.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding and adherence to welding safety protocols.
• Experience working with various metal types and thicknesses.
• Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination.

Bonus Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints or schematics.
• Experience with advanced fabrication techniques or specialized materials.
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
• Basic understanding of welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
